If you experience a problem, Apple technical support experts are available 24 hours a day to help you determine if its a hardware failure or a Mac OS X Server configuration issue. In either case Apples support staff will work to get your system up and running as quickly as possible. And because Apples hardware and software are uniquely integrated theres only one AppleCare number to call. The AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan, delivers expert telephone and email support with 30minute response time24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hardware repair coverage ensures fourhour onsite response during business hours and nextday onsite response after business hours (terms apply). Onsite response time and availability of onsite service depend on your location. With the AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan, youll have the assurance that Appleauthorized technicians will perform repairs using genuine Apple parts. Buy a separate AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan for each Xserve purchased. Please note that to be eligible, the system must be under its original oneyear warranty. Coverage is not activated until after you enroll by following the instructions in your enrollment kit. Coverage ends three years after your Xserve system purchase date.
